How not to go to random notifications and tabs
This is a small reset for the days when you feel that notifications and tabs are dragging you in all directions.
1. Turn off the noise
- turn off 80% of notifications
- social media mute
- no-badge mode for apps
2. Make two phone appointments
Consciously opening your inbox and networks changes the way you function during the day.
3. Save your tabs
Maximum 10 tabs — anything over that is mental chaos.
