Digital services and the law

Since Balkan Media Hub provides digital services that are available immediately after payment, specific legal rules apply. This document clearly explains all the cases in which a refund is possible, and the procedure for submitting a claim.

01 — Digital content

When a refund is not possible

Under digital services laws in force in the European Union, once premium content is accessed or a digital file is downloaded, refunds are not possible.

Note: By purchasing a subscription and accessing the content, you confirm that you are aware that you are waiving your right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable digital services laws.
02 — Technical problems

When you are entitled to a refund

If you are unable to access the content due to a technical error on our part , and we cannot eliminate this error within 48 hours of registration, you have the right to a full refund of the funds paid.

How to report a problem: Send us an e-mail via the Contact page with a description of the problem and your username. The team responds within 24 hours.

Refund if the problem is not resolved If the error is not corrected within the deadline, we approve a full refund.
03 — Subscription cancellation

How cancellation works

The subscription to Balkan Media Hub is not renewed automatically , unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase. The user can cancel the next subscription period at any time before the end of the current period.

  • You can cancel via your account in the "My Subscription" section or by contacting the team.
  • Access to content remains active until the end of the paid subscription period — even after cancellation.
  • After the period expires, the account switches to free mode without access to premium content.
