A small "digital reset" that you can do every week

This is a small weekly ritual that gives you back a sense of control over the digital chaos. It takes about 15 minutes and makes the new working day start more calmly.

1. Clean the screen and home screen

  • Remove apps you don't use.
  • Download five apps that you use every day.
  • Delete widgets that distract you.

2. “Zero inbox” in one day

You don't have to be perfectly organized, but you can:

  • archive everything older than 7 days
  • respond to the 3 most important messages
  • delete promotional emails

3. Mental space reset

Make a short list: what I keep, what I throw away, what I leave for tomorrow.

This is not productivity – this is mental hygiene.
